    • How They Started

      In September 2006, Café Medici opened their doors for the first time in the Clarksville/Old Austin neighborhood. Michael and Alison Vaclav turned what used to be an accounting office into what is now their West Lynn Café. From there, they continued to open new locations all throughout the greater Austin area. Then in 2019, Café Medici turned into Medici Roasting as they became their own coffee roaster. They roast coffee for all of their cafés, loyal customers, and fellow businesses here in Austin Texas!
